3. Event Submission Guidelines
When submitting events:

4. Calendar Integration
Our platform allows users to add events to third-party calendars (e.g., Google Calendar). You are responsible for managing permissions and understanding how those third-party services handle your data.
5. Intellectual Property
All content and code on the Site (excluding user-submitted events) is the property of [eventslux.lu] and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Users retain rights to content they submit but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the platform.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:

- Your account is inactive for over 12 months

- Events listed are user-submitted; we do not guarantee their accuracy.
- We are not liable for any losses due to inaccurate or canceled events.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages resulting from use of the Site.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Luxembourg and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Esch Alzette/ Luxembourg.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the new terms.
